Why Scouts are Important For Defense

OK so not many people know how important scouts are for defense. Other for the use of scouting enemies they are important to prevent yourself from being scouted by those enemies. The more scouts you build up the better it is to prevent yourself from being scouted because your scouts will kill off the enemies scouts but for that to work you have to have your gates open for battle and more scouts then theirs. a good number to aim for when you are building scouts is at least 250k but that number requires a lot of food so make sure you are prepared to feed them but in return the odds of the enemy getting a scout report from you is very small and the enemy wont normally attack you if they don't know what kind of defense you have in your town so in summery scouts are a very important source of defense they make a very good bluff as is said in poker terms
